Some critical bug fixes

I fixed some critical bugs about the bullets and despawning:

* Bullets still existed after restarting the game or changing level

* Mobs could shoot without existing

* Mobs still existed after changing level The web version is fixed and a fixed Linux version is available (seven_crystals_fix.zip).
